Not so Europhoric

According to EU Business: Cash shortages, counterfeiting and sporadic price hikes cast a shadow over the otherwise exemplary launch of euro notes and coins this week, with the acid test to come on Saturday when millions of Europeans do their weekly shopping. And the price is down, although its odd that we only heard when it went up. Phew, and there was me thinking that the EU were reporting to an agenda rather than the facts.
