If the Taliban no longer hold Afghanistan, then surely they are not in any meaningful sense harbouring Al Qaeda.

If the Taliban are no longer harbouring Al Qaeda then what possible quarrel do we have with them?

If we have no real quarrel with them, then why are we so excited about the (presumably) forthcoming capture of Sheikh Omar?

And where is Osama?
